Event Reservation Information

Reservation Details:
1.Reservation Fee: Client agrees to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of $150.00 for parties of 25-50 persons and 51-100 will be $300.00 to secure the venue for the specified date and time. This will allocate a 4 hour time period. Please discuss with party staff if more time is needed.
2.Food + Beverage Deposit: The total deposit is $15.00 per person and is in addition to the above named reservation fee. This amount must be paid in full 45 days from booking date to keep date finalized and secured. The final menu and head count can vary until 7 days prior to event. This amount will go towards the overall event bill.
Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date will result in a forfeiture of the Food + Beverage deposit.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Good Life Sports Bar + Grill reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, a full refund of any fees paid by the customer will be issued.
Customer Responsibilities:
1. The Customer is responsible for any damages to the venue property caused by the Customer , their guests, or vendors hired by the Customer .
2. The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.
Venue Services:
1. The Venue agrees to provide the agreed-upon space and any additional services as specified in the above event details.
2. Depending on size of party, Good Life reserves the right to book multiple parties at one time in the reservable event spaces. Effective 11.30.2023 Goodlife will have a reservable space both indoors as well as a covered, heated outdoor space.
3. Should you want the entire event space to yourself, and the minimum headcount for that space is not met, then an additional fee can be added so that your space is secured to your party alone.
